FOR THE SHORTEST AND MOST EFFECTIVE STORY

Dear selectors and competitors at the First International Award Winning Competition "Links",
We are informing you that the Competition is over.
Since most of the competitors have not observed the prescribed rules (submission of stories in two languages and payment of fees), we found it impossible to realize the Competition.
However, we have decided to publish all the stories, in languages submitted to us.
